A few months ago, we surveyed you and your peers to find out what you think of Kasasa Insight Exchange. We wanted to understand how you currently use the platform, which features provide value, and which could be improved. We found that while many respondents are happy with it, it’s due for some changes.
Because of your responses (see the full results here), we’re performing a ground-up redesign of Insight Exchange throughout 2017 in order to make sure it’s an indispensable source of analytics and insight for every Kasasa financial institution's retail strategy.
What you like
More than half of respondents said the look and feel is “good.” And almost half of respondents said it’s easy to find what they need.
Most of you are using Insight Exchange at least once a month for reporting. And when you do have issues with it, the majority of you know how to get the help you need.
What you’d like to see improved
While the feedback we received was mostly positive, we did learn that some respondents don’t enjoy using the platform as much as others.
Next year, we’re making some big changes in order to make sure all Kasasa community financial institutions are getting the most out of it. The new and improved Insight Exchange will be faster with a more modern look and feel. We’ll also be adding support for new Kasasa products and programs.
We recognize that some users are looking for more convenient access to relevant data and analytics. As part of our 2017 enhancements, we’ll be adding expanded types of data and analytics, including account holder age and engagement, marketing ROI, and branch-based deposit share.
